Physios4Movement Strapping Tip of the Month : Rigid Ankle Strapping



This month we will feature how to strap/tape an ankle using rigid tape. This technique is normally used after an ankle injury rehabilitation period has been completed and an athlete is cleared to train/compete. Enjoy!!
